CBC Stampede Breakfast - July 7, 2011

Went to the Stampede Breakfast this morning put on by CBC.  I love going to this breakfast.  The line up moves fast, the volunteers know what they're doing and the food is good.  They were serving pancakes, sausage patties, juice and lots of coffee.

I got there about 6:45, and the line started moving at 7:05.

Sunny morning for the CBC Stampede Breakfast

I didn't see anyone in normal office clothes - a lot of western wear (like mine!) and there was a group of ladies dressed in period costume.  They looked like runaways from the Edmonton Klondike Days festival!

Here's a couple of pictures of me and Angela Knight, who does the traffic for the Eyeopener.  Too bad we didn't get a shot of our boots together!  Loads of bling on both pairs of boots!
