Stop Smoking

Okay, it's been seven months since I started smoking again, after I had quit for 18 years.  I know, stupid.  Really stupid.

But Romane the Hypnotist came to town, and me and the Mr. went.  It was very interesting and about 200 people were there at the Carriage House Inn in Calgary. 

We went to the session on Wed., Feb 1st, and we had a small hypnotic session, then an intermission, where some people went outside for a smoke.  They admitted that the cigarette was different during the break than before they underwent the small session.

Then it was the full force hypnotic session - I'm doing whatever Ramone says to kick this filthy habit.

Interesting - at one point during the first part of the session, he asked people to raise a hand if they know someone who has been to one of his seminars and successfully quit smoking.  I would say about half the room put up their hand. 

Wish me luck - I think half of the battle is just the habit, not the addiction.
