We went to Nanaimo for Thanksgiving, and visited Gabriola Island while there. The guy at the rental car desk suggested we visit the Crow and Gate - authentic English Pub. Menu is on a chalkboard and you order at the bar. Here's some pictures before we went in. This pub was PACKED! Seemed like it was mostly locals as the wait staff knew a lot of the people there.
