Sorry, no pictures, but the ladies of the Western Canada Oddball Baby Blanket Society were invited guests of the Calgary Health Trust's 15th Anniversary Dinner at Heritage Park last night.The Society donates a large amount of blankets each year to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Foothills Hospital and the CHT wanted to show their appreciation.
It was a wonderful evening and four of the knitters showed up, and the new CEO Sally Flintloft came by our table and personally thanked us. All in all, it was an honour to be recognized! Special thanks to our President, Tamara Ell for all her hard work and efforts to make this group such a success!
